Shipping policy

 United States only shipping. 

Galactic dreams currently ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Our products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Ninja POD. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping time, so the delivery estimate begins after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary by product, destination, and carrier. If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at Galactic.dreams@yahoo.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner on the next steps.
